For as long as I can remember, sport has been an important part of my life – not only as competition, but as a way of understanding people, development and potential. From playing and coaching football to working for nearly a decade as a teacher, with a strong focus on physical education, much of my journey has revolved around helping people grow and develop. Today, I bring those experiences together in my role as Co-Founder, FIFA Licensed Football Agent and Scout at DDS Football Management. My professional background extends beyond football and education, having worked in different fields over the years. Each experience has contributed to how I approach people, responsibility and personal development – qualities that have become an important part of my work at DDS. My background as a teacher and coach has taught me the value of patience, communication and understanding that every individual develops differently. As a scout, I try to look beyond what a player can offer today. Talent is important, but so are character, mentality, willingness to learn and the potential to grow in the right environment. Becoming a FIFA Licensed Football Agent has allowed me to take that approach further. It gives me the opportunity not only to identify and evaluate players, but also to support them through important career decisions, negotiations and the challenges that come with professional football. DDS Football Management is where many of my passions come together: football, scouting, working with people and personal development. I believe a football career is built through more than talent alone. The right environment, relationships, decisions and support can make a significant difference along the way. Through my work at DDS, my ambition is to contribute with knowledge, commitment and a personal approach – helping players find opportunities where they can continue to develop, both as footballers and as individuals.
